Em Silver Spey by Pär Palm, ppSalmonflies.
Some of my greatest favorite flies are "Speyflugor " tied with long flowing hackle on the single hook. Bound on the larger irons are excellent flies in search efetr Springer in Scotland or May and junilax here at home in Scandinavia. In the smaller sizes, they are absolutely great for salmon fishing in August and later in the season also for trout fishing in daylight and slow water. Restricted to single hook will fly very easily and with the sweeping hackles creates a translucent, very vivid impression in the water. This pattern, Em Silver Spey, is excellent for fishing in August. A few years ago announced Whiting Farms that they had developed a neck with ersättningshackel to blah Hager and expectations among us fly tiers were huge in this new superhackel, once it hit the market, it was probably many who were disappointed, the springs were not at all by Hager, they were much thinner and tape it in those Body hackle so they were not keeping up the fly in the water but it fell to the bottom like a stone and the fly was completely lifeless. After some tinkering and testing, I found the right method to use these hackle and create wonderful living flies.

The ordinary was born in the shape it is today at Byske beaches of the local Laxgardet. The color combination is perfect for humic-colored river and past here in Sweden, I and my brothers took Salmon fishing on the ordinary in Norway, Scotland and Russia. I bind it only in a tube but then in all sizes from micro tubes up to early summer tubes with a wing length of 15-18cm. As I had named in the previous bond description, I prefer tubes with loose-hanging hook, and affected the fly's walking less of the hook weight then swing jam becomes less and above all, it is as fast and easy to change the fly's overall impression created by simply changing the color of the steering tube.

Rifling Hitch Tub by Pär Palm, ppSalmonflies.
Rifling hitch is a very old technique but has become popular in earnest only in recent years when the tube fly made its intrusion. In Iceland and the Kola is that every year a lot of Salmon with rifling hitch but here at home in Scandinavia, this technique is not yet so common. During the dry summer of 2006 I got myself an opportunity to try this fishing seriously in an all-time Gaula and the result was really surprising. Fair connective technically is not the tubes hard to do when there are few connective moments and little material it does require some preparation to get the correct time on the tube. With today's colored tubslangar you can make lots of color variations on the same theme.

Shadows are tube flies with lots of volume and movement of fish in twilight and at night. The tubes are very effective for autumn trout fishing but also the majority of salmon has fallen for these tubes. Color choices I tie them in red, blue, green, orange and yellow where the base is black and the color of the others. cone and flash gives the fly its different color impressions.

Silver Wilkinsson by Pär Palm, ppSalmonflies.
Silver Wilkinsson is a classic with a modern twist! A real favorite for this spring's shining but also for salmon in clear rivers early in the season and for Steelhead. Binds both the tube, as in this design, as well as on silver hook. The fly fished with loose treble hooks with a loose steering hose that prevents the hook goes in the wrong angle behind the fly. Tubslangen can easily be changed from fuchsia to black, and thus change the fly's overall impression quickly.

Red francis by Pär Palm, ppSalmonflies.
Red Francis is a fly in the category Shrimp & Scrubs and very popular in Iceland and Scotland. Fishes very well all season but especially I use it on low river and the colored water and at the end of the season. Binds both the tube and hook. Are also other color options and the most widely used is Black and Olive Francis.

Kola Silver is a fly in the color version black / yellow fishing so incredibly good, especially in clear water but becomes more and more popular even in our more colored rivers.

Green Highlander by Pär Palm, ppSalmonflies.
Green Highlander is one of the really classic patterns Laxflugfisket and in a new version with soft materials, vibrant fish that very well, primarily in clear and green / yellowish water but it also takes a lot of fish in more thee colored rivers Spey, and Orkla to name a few. I fish this fly in different variations throughout the season and a favorite is this Tubvariant and a small Speyvariant for summer fishing. For spring trout is a zonkervingad tube clean morsel.

One of the best all-around flies one can have in his known for both Salmon and Sea trout fishing. When nothing else works normally Thunder Spey able to pay dividends. I bind it in both tube and single-double hook for the whole season's fishing.

White Silver Zonker by Pär Palm, ppSalmonflies.
week fly called WhiteSilverZonker and is a very simple but effective fly for spring fishing for trout. The color scheme on these Zonkers can vary greatly from light to darker sunny weather flies variants of cold water and sluggish spring fishing. These Zonkertuber be fished with a loose-hanging hook and by changing the color of the steering tube can easily change the whole color impression of the fly.

Garry is one of the best vårflugorna for Seatrout and works very well early in the season in cold water. The fly also works well on salmon during high water periods, and in the darkest waters. I fish the many variants of both the tube and hook the spring and summer. The fly in the description caught with loose hook behind the fly and one of the advantages is that it is easy to change the overall impression of the fly by simply changing the colored steering hose.

A very good all-round Salmon in rivers with clear water. I fish the many variants of both the tube and hook the spring and early summer. Black Ice has also reaped great success in cold water for trout and Steelhead Fishing.
